The next fair I shall be standing at is the DERBY POGRAMME & MEMORABILIA FAIR at Nunsfield House Community Association, Boulton Lane, Alvaston, DE24 0FD. Admission is FREE and the event runs from 10.30am to 1pm.
As a relatively new dealer, of only six years standing, I try to cover all aspects of second-hand programme collecting: Big Matches (Internationals, Finals and Semis); A decent range from virtually all League clubs in England and Scotland plus a few from Ireland (although with a slight bias for West Country clubs as I am based in Plymouth).
I shall also have a wide range of over 400 English and Scottish Non-League Clubs programmes with me, including v League Clubs in the FA Cup and in Friendlies, (again with a slight bias for West Country Clubs); plus a range of Reserve and Youth team programmes and Teamsheets.
Because I travel widely throughout the country attending Fairs, often buying more programmes than I sell, I am constantly replenishing my stock, so collectors often find something on my stand that they are looking for!
If any collectors wish me to bring any specific items to this Fair, please contact me by email on or (preferably) before Friday October 19 (as I shall be driving up from Plymouth on the Saturday). [email protected]. Or phone 07543-845396.
WILL BE BUYING ON THE DAY: CONTACT ME VIA EMAIL OR PHONE.

Anyone going tomorrow?

I'll be there selling copies of Derby County Memories magazine and a few spare programmes.

I was waiting on a reply from what goonerboy was looking for (2 weeks ago), then time is short and the dealer list changed on three different occassions during that time.

Not listing the dealers(as promised) does a disservice to both dealers and collectors.

Without wanting to get bolshy i have asked for a list of dealers for 2 or 3 weeks. It makes no difference what i am looking for as you are not going to change dealers based on what i want. As it happens i collect all sorts and wanted to see if there were some smaller local dealers who might have some unusual items. In the end didnt bother going.

Well....I went, and as usual enjoyed it despite it taking me almost two hours to get there from Chesterfield, which meant I didn't have time to get round everybody. Apologies.

Its very difficult personally, to get anywhere on a sunday due to junior football

Thank you to all the dealers who attended,.... as someone who no longer buys from ebay, fairs are a great place to find items for my lads collection.

Cheers, Sharrowblade

A decent turnout today, thanks to those who came along. The organiser estimated 95 -110

Sold a few copies of Derby County Memories magazine and some spare programmes. Had a chat with Ken Oxford's son. He's collecting programmes from games his dad played in.
