Check this one out ASCS 123 is his ebay name. Has a number of postings toay, including 170422583562 which has 7 Man City programmes at only 0.99 starting price, but with postage at £6.49 SECOND F***ING CLASS!! Has a number of such items today all at rip off postage costs. I know people try to con ebay, and I can understand that, but for folk that might not see the postage costs and think they're getting a bargain they're in for a shock.
His feedback shows only 4 stars for postage after 30 postings. It's obviously a trait of his...

Interestingly, he recently sold 21 programmes in one auction, and only charged £2.50 postage - surely it would have cost more than that to post them?

I bet what has happened is that he has increased his postage prices because he's had to pay more than he's advertised, but is now over-estimating them.

They're trying to evade the percentage that ebay charge for putting items up for sale. He'll pay 15 pence at 0.99, but he'd only pay 25 pence if he charged minimum of £6.49 - which they haven't got a cat in hell's chance of getting. So, they're saving 10 pence on the original input, but would gain over £5 on postage....con man.
