Ordered online no email since last week ?
Web site says last updated November 2017 ?

No telephone number listed which seems strange.

I had a badge arrive from Martin yesterday Bertie, so he is definitely still trading - his service was absolutely terrific as always.
So maybe he is experiencing a problem with his website mate?

You could try messaging him through eBay if email fails ...
