Unusual 1950 World Cup item

Recently bought this unusual silk type cloth measuring approximately 16cm by 25cm depicting the teams that competed in the World Cup in Brazil
Can anyone confirm whether this item is based on an official emblem?
Quite hard to find out much about memorabilia from this tournament.
Any information welcome, I assume it is quite a rare thing, anyone have similar?

Almost certainly an 'unofficial' souvenir Holtie, locally produced I expect, a former pennant (appears to have holes at the top) perhaps?

Really nice item mate, very quirky.

It's not an image I've seen on any other item relating to the 1950 WC, and certainly not the image that appears on the official tournament poster (below).
So I'd imagine it was an unofficial keepsake of some kind.
They of course are usually the rarest.
