WEST LONDON FAIR: SUNDAY JULY 3 (10.30am)

The next fair in the capital city is the WEST LONDON FOOTBALL PROGRAMME & MEMORABILIA FAIR which is on SUNDAY JULY 3, at St. Stephens Church Hall, Emperors Gate, Kensington, SW7 4HJ.
Admission is FREE and the fair runs from 10.30am to 2.00pm.
Emperors Gate is just off the A4 (close to Sainsburys) and street parking in this area is free on a Sunday.
Alternatively, if travelling by tube, the nearest station is Gloucester Road (District & Piccadilly lines) then a 3 min. walk to the hall.
Regular attenders will know that, due to the hard work of the organisers, Barry Dixey and Mark Barnes, there is always a good attendance by both dealers and collectors at these bi-monthly fairs.
I know of a couple who live in Shropshire who will be watching the tennis at Wimbledon on the day before they come to this event,
If there are any Forum members who haven't come before and who are in the area on that date, I recommend a visit - whatever your interest, you will probably find the trip worthwhile.
Additionally, thanks to the efforts of Alison Lane, there are very reasonable refreshments on sale, which greatly enhances the friendly, relaxed atmosphere at a fair that is undoubtedly an ideal opportunity for collectors to chat, browse, buy and sell in a unique and pleasant environment.
May I also mention that there will be two more West London Fairs later in the year: SUNDAY OCTOBER 2, and SUNDAY DECEMBER 4.

It will no doubt be a difficult day for all concerned, first Fair without Ian. Will be very odd looking over to "his corner" without him being there.

Will have Big Match stock, pre 1960 League/pre 1970 Non-League etc. with me on Sunday, plus a selection of books, magazines, shirts, DVD's, late 1970's TOPPS cards etc.

And for any collectors in and around Berks & Bucks who can't get into Central London on Sunday, I have tonight accepted a 'cancelled' stall for Saturday at the MARLOW ANTIQUES & COLLECTORS' FAIR, Liston Hall, Chapel Street, Marlow (SL7 1DD). Fair runs from 9 am until 4 pm, and admission is £1, and naturally the items detailed above will be available at Marlow on Saturday too.
