Oh the drama.....the four higher ranked teams all crashed out in the conference Quarter finals.

kcs 9-17 NeilP
NeilP won the Anglo scottish battle with an emphatic win which owed a lot to Jamie Vardy's late goal at Sunderland for a big six pointer. Kcs started brighlty in the first half getting all 5 results right but no correct scores. In contrast, NeilP posted two correct scores and at half time led 7-6. It was soon level but a late double whammy from the Scottish raider, first Braintree and then Leicester, paved the way for a Conference Semi Final.

Bisphamseasider 9-10 Dy Sporting
The two Lancastrian sides served up a very tight affair. again a very consistant performance from Bispham saw five correct results but no correct scores whereas Dysporting were quick out of the blocks and led 5-2 early thanks to Celtic and West Ham. The game hinged on the sunday fixtures as the sides were locked after Bispham scored well on the Braintree game. It was still tied going into the Spurs/Man Utd game but Tottenham's second half performance blew manchester united away and Bispham too.

Pastpirate 7-8 James73
Past champions Pastpirate also fell victim to the late game at Spurs, a three pointer with Leicester had brought them level with James73. It was a game where there was never more than one point in it, and ultimately that's how it finished.

Saintclarkie 6-13 Bennospire
The Saints went marching out of this year's competition as the Chezzie lads put in a sizzling second half performance. Benno backed their own boys at the Dingles and it paved dividends. Braintree added the gloss and Saints could have few complaints.
