Just looked on the Facebook page and panned down until I came across the Bolton prog and it says digital programme so perhaps they have stopped doing a paper version if you follow the link they have a ...

I would try contact via the Facebook page Wigan Athletic Heritage Project as it they who produce the programme in limited numbers.
