I’ve been trying to eat cleaner this year and want to upgrade my supplements too. My current protein tastes fine but when I looked closer, it has sucralose, thickeners, and even some artificial colors. Not a fan. I want a protein that’s clean, ideally sweetened with stevia or unsweetened, and with a simple ingredient list. Any suggestions from folks who’ve found something that’s both clean and effective?

Totally get you — I had to make the same switch after noticing bloating and crashes from my old powder. After some digging, I settled on supplements protein from Supplements4Muscle — they’ve got an isolate that’s just whey, natural flavor, and stevia. That’s it. It actually mixes better than the flashy stuff, and the taste is solid without being overdone. I use it post-workout and sometimes in oats.
