We’re participating in an industrial equipment expo in Riyadh and need to ship 2 large display units (each around 100 kg) plus brochures, cables, stands, etc. The event is in 10 days, so sea freight is obviously out. But we’re also worried about air shipping delays or customs issues that could ruin the whole thing. We don’t have a dedicated logistics team — just two of us managing this. What’s the best way to handle this kind of urgent and sensitive shipment?
