As i have mentioned on my Flickr page some time ago i believe this is the only copy known to have "survived". This is the identical programme as the Black cover for the 1985 Final and the inside content is like for like. I have had this copy for a long time but have no ideas as to any others, interested to know if anyone out there has seen another at all.
