Don't know if you have this one, but there was a special publication bought out to coincide with his retirement at Pompey in October 1965. It's a 64 page book, that also includes programme details from his testimonial games Pompey Champs X1 vs Old England International X1, and Pompey v West Ham. It's a cracking wee read with many biographical details in it - otherwise I'd recommend ABE Books again.
