Villa did a full season

Ignition - Barnsley, Middlesbrough, Nottingham Forest, Preston, QPR, Stoke

Bristol city programmes did a pirate copy of the Huddersfield programme

Wrexham produced programmes for all games. Got spare copies of about half of them if anybody is interested.
