not a clue-could be 3 chimps!.

I would no more consider to buy modern items with the sharpie than i would consider stapling pages of some of my Victorian Newton Heath items together as they are a bit tatty! Laughing

The one on the right looks like John O' Shea.
I checked on Ebay for other items signed by him and it looks very similar.

Manchester United Pennant signed by the team, 2001/2002
41x28cm.
Estimate:
£50 - £80

Collection of Manchester United football club, framed prints, photos, (quantity).
Estimate:
£20 - £30

Signed framed menu from the 1999 Champions League Win for Manchester United. With certificate of authenticity, 20.5x29.5cm
Estimate £100-150

Manchester Utd signed photograph 2009-2010
Estimate:
£40 - £60

Will be interesting what they go for.

I was aware they were up for auction in your neck of the woods, but i would also say caution is needed because so many of this modern United stuff are not originals as unlike the old days a signature can be identified easily-now who actually knows if the player has signed it?, COA! that is a joke too as many of the traders know nothing and it is not that far fetched that players "representatives" sign for them.

Cynical yes i accept it but so much is produced for a market place that is unsuspecting & just accepts it.

George Best is still signing stuff, because some of the limited editions i purchased from the artist that were numbered and certified 20 years ago-still appear! with no numbers on them so either he is still with us or dare i say it someone else is copying his signature with the sharpie!

Went and had a look this morning and it is all modern stuff, thought their might be a few items from the 63 cup final (From a Leicester point of view) but no. The photos were produced by a company called 'Autographed Editions'. There is even one from Posh and Becks take it you are not interested in that one Leslie Very Happy

Hi Foxes - I have some Manchester Evening News editions covering the 63 Cup Final, quite a bit about Leicester in them - any interest?
