Good Afternoon

The Official Accrington Stanley Supporters Club have been raising money since march 2015 to build new changing rooms at the Wham Stadium
We are now a few quid short of £10,000
Our target by the end of the year is £25,000
We are appealling for donations of soccer memrobillia please
programmes, ticket stubs, badges, old shirts and scarves
every home game we set out our tables of memrobillia and sell to raise money
we have a programme fair at the ground sunday 20th sept
so any donations would be very welcome and helping a good cause
picking up of items can b arranged or meeting points can be sorted

Coincidentally, I noticed last week a small paragraph in the 1937/38 Derby v Stoke programme which announced that

"after a number of years of fund-raising, the Accrington Stanley supporters club have finally raised enough money to complete the new changing rooms (at Peel Park)"

I shall have a stall at the Accrington Stanley Programme & Memorabilia Fair on Sunday September 30 (11am - 2pm) and I am delighted to report that all stall-holders' fees go straight to this fund.
The previous fair held last March was very successful - from a fund-raising standpoint for the appeal, as well as being very worthwhile for both collectors and stall-holders.
So, be there if you can!
