Programme Shops in Glasgow / Stockholm

As I'm up in Glasgow for our pre-season game against Celtic at the end of July anyone know of any shops that sell football items in Glasgow. I know Glasgow Programmes do and they usually have a stall at Celtic park on matchdays.

Also anyone know of any in Stockholm as I will be there for our game against Barcelona in early August.

There are no programme shops in Glasgow now, whereas twenty years ago there were four or five all within walking distance of each other. If you fancy a visit to our programme hut at Auchinleck Talbot, just 35 miles away down the M77 I can arrange to have it open for you - it's the biggest such shop at any Scottish football club by a country mile, and a genuine throwback to the old days of programme huts.

Don't know about Stockholm, but have visited Gothenburg many times, and although there are no programme shops as such there are plenty of collectors / antique shops where I have bought loads of football memorabilia relating to the 1958 World Cup at very reasonable prices. You should be able to pick up the Swedish official World Cup hard back report of the tournament for about £20 to £25, and it is a superb publication. The postcards for the tournament are plentiful and complete sets aren't expensive if you can find them. I've had three or four fulls ets over the years bought over there for perhaps around £50 and sold them back in the UK for much more than that. After having a number of sets in auction though the price inevitably dropped fom the £200 high the first time around.

Fabulous country, lovely people, expensive bars. Locals all tend to buy drink from the off licences and sit around in parks drinking it. It's a social thing though and they sit on rugs etc and don't abuse passers by!

Thanks for the offer John but I'm travelling up by train and we don't get into Glasgow until 1.15 so haven't got much time to come to your shop (We kick-off at 5.30) and we leave Glasgow at noon next day.
