1982 World Cup final ticket and folder

I have a ticket (in pristine condition) for the 1982 World Cup final and it is placed inside a souvenir folder with a photo of the Bernabeu on the cover, looks like an official Spanish FA souvenir. It may have belonged to Harry Cavan FIFA Vice-President at the time who was also president of my own club Ards in Northern Ireland.

Is this of any value or are they pretty common?

Are you sure this is the Final or is it the replay ticket? (That was never played)
Is it dated 11th or 13th July?

Ah that solves it, I could not work out why it had the 13th July on it and not the 11th, but yes it has the 13th July as the date.

Now that we have ascertained that the ticket is for the 'replay' on the 13th July (which obviously never took place) does that mean that the ticket is pretty much worthless?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Im sure there is some value to it and i would be interested myself if your selling.. But im not to sure what it would fetch. Ive seen one on a very expensive site and its been on there for well over a year at €99 Euros!

Sold this ticket on eBay at the weekend for £47.00, well pleased. Many thanks to everyone who gave me guidance as to its value.
