Early 1940s Blackpool homes

Hi

Been trying to value some Blackpool homes from 1940/41 and 1941/42 but cannot find comparative prices anywhere.

Anyone have any ideas on these.

i rate Blackpool 40/41 homes at around £100 and 41/2 at about £80 in good condition. I bought 39/40 Blackpool v Blackburn recently for £115 in very good condition.

If you have a 40/41 v Blackburn i am interested.

If you have any Blackpool or for that matter any other clubs homes v Manchester United in that period i would be interested and would offer very good prices subject to condition of course.. Blackpool v United 29.3.1941 nothing in 1941-2 but played again 1942-3 at Blackpool January 9th 1943. If you do have anything please send me a PM.
