London Challenge Cup help needed

Basically I want to find every fixture that Orient played in this competition.

Does anyone know of a source where I can find this information?

If not do you know of any fixture your team played Orient?

I know it started in 1910 and I know that Orient won it 1911/12,1971/72 and 1972/73.

Also the were runners up 1920/21,1924/25 and 1926/27.

This is about all I know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Probably your best source would be one of the Breedon books which seem to cover most clubs.

My team is Millwall and I have dug out the following for you:

Millwall played in this comp in 1908/09.
1910/11 the Final was replayed at CO - Millwall 0 v 2 Spurs (21/11/1910).
4/12/1911 Final - CO 3 v 0 Millwall (at Spurs).
21/9/14 R1 - Millwall 3 v 1 CO.
1922/23 R1 - Millwall 6 v 1 Clapton.
3/12/23 SF played at CO - Millwall 1 v 2 Arsenal a.e.t.
27/10/1924 R1 - CO 4 v 3 Millwall.
19/10/1925 R2 - M 2 v 1 CO.
29/10/28 R2 - CO 1 v 3 M.
22/10/34 R2 - M 3 v 0 C.
15/10/56 R2 - M 3 v 0 LO.
24/10/66 R2 - O 2 v 2 M.
31/10/66 R2R - M 1 v 3 O.

Hope that helps a bit. I do have some attendances altough I believe that there was a lot of innacuracy about in the early days.

I do already have 'Leyton Orient: The Complete Record' published by Breedon Books, however 'The London Challenge Cup' is possibly the only competition that is doesn't cover in much depth.

Thank you for providing me with some Millwall fixtures.

I think this could be the start of long historical trail.

All Palace's results in the London Challenge Cup are in the very latest edition of "A Complete record" which only came out at the end of 2011.

I'll try and have a look to see if there are any games against the O's
