The common issue for this programme has a cover price of £9 and is widely available through dealers and ebay. I understand there was a 'stadium' issue with a cover price of €10. How rare is the €10 version?

After having spoken to people at today's fair in London it seems that 28,000 copies of each of the £9 and €10 versions were printed, although a reprint is in the offing for the £9 version.
