For me, I want to branch out and add more tickets, Press photos, postcards etc.. I don't have the room for large memorabilia such as heavy books, shirts, old turnstiles Laughing I'm lucky , in that i no longer collect " sets" so if a 1966 reserve game comes along, i don't need to bid £100 to complete a set. That leaves me more cash to look for pre war programmes. Times are hard at the moment, so plenty of bargains to be had. Having said all that, i'm going to have to take a break from the hobby for a few months (year) as i have other commitments. Easier said than done as a sneaky peek at ebay nearly always produces something i " must have". But i must get my priorities right. No No

Pre-war Palace homes from the seasons where I haven't got anything. Been very slow for the last 6 months or so, but then that's the mystique about collecting sometimes.

Complete my Scotland homes back to the war (7 needed), complete my Scotland v England back to 1930 (1931 and 1933 needed), and fill in more gaps in the away wants list (loads needed!).

Won't be cheap Crying or Very sad

Well I'm still thinking about going for the 1984 thing, one from every league club from the year I was born.

Having completed my original aim of all wolves league & cup homes from 57/8 when i started watching them properly, i decided to get aways games too. Just completed that aim also (one or two european aways required, not even sure if programmes exist for the games i need Laughing) so was thinking of taking a break from collecting, but can't help looking. Might try to go back to 53/4 when we won the league for the first time. Not sure yet though, might have to get rid of the 5 or 6 hundred duplicates i have first to make a bit of space

Slowly plodding ahead in my efforts to complete Bristol Rovers homes and aways since the war. I think that I bought three old programmes in 2012! Still collecting current season as well.

Every time I downsize I find something else to collect!

The new set for 2013 - Man Utd UEFA CL teamsheets since 1994 - only a couple of hundred to go at !

Then, chip away at my various collecting sets - York homes back to 1948, 1953/54 Halifax v York (my holy grail), York Reserves, Man Utd Euro pirates, and United Review Collectors Club newsletters.

Should keep me utterly frustrated over the year !

To get round to working out what Derby H/A I do and don't still need from seasons 97/8 to 02/3 which are the years when I really lost touch with the hobby.
I know they're hardly rare, though, so there's no hurry.
Just needs to be done.

Would also like to finally have a ticket from each Amateur Cup Final since the war - only a handful to find.

Oh - and to find that elusive 62/3 Hull v L/Orient FAC issue. Must be someone somewhere has one!!

Track down the remaining dozen or so aways from the early 70's. Sherlock
Carry on with the 60's and anything earlier that i can fund Laughing
Also confirm whether a few postponed aways that i have were either re-printed when the game was played or had some sort of insert.

I will be continuing to build up my world cup participants autograph collection ,( l have since 1950 ) and my Olympic medalists ( have since 1936) but l need quite alot more. l tend to get alot each year though sending letters to the players/athletes or in trade

I still have a box of mostly big match programmes ( I think most are from 1980 onwards ) l need to list which l would like to exchange for authentic footie or sports autographs which l hope l will be able to do in the next few months , though. l dont know if there is anything good in the box, but time will tell. l have promised one collector on here first pick

The same as last year for me - to collect the 40/50 Wolves homes needed to get back to the war. Only knocked off 4 in 2012 so hoping to increase that number this year.

sadly completing various collecting strands is unlikely as my missing pieces are hard to get so same goals as before which is to add more to my arsenal ticket collection and on the programme front to try and add to my arsenal london challenge cup collection

aiming (hoping) to get the two remaining programmes I need to finish my Posh collection back to 1960/61 which are Hartlepool away 60/61 and Exeter away 87/88

then to fill any gaps ie friendlies, very minor copies and anything pre 1960 that I can get

Also to update www.uptheposh.com for all away line ups!
