Very saddened by Joeys passing - he was a courageous and well loved player wherever he went. A real 100% player who gave his all.
Met him once and a nicer, friendlier, normal bloke you couldn't wish to meet. Im sure fans of Wrexham, Liverpool, Chelsea, Wales and Huddersfield will be saddened by his passing.
If you ever get the chance to read his book, please do so, it is a great read about a normal guy who lived his dream.
Another great character lost unfortunately. RIP Joey and thanks for the memories. Hope you are eating frogs legs and Munching gladbach in heaven.  |
