Managed to get to the fair, good to catch-up with a few people I've not seen for a while, spent a few quid as well, thanks once again for organising Colin

I really feel for Colin as he put a lot of effort into running and organizing the fair, and the turnout really was pretty poor, less than 50 through the door isn't great.

It was a good fair too with a nice assortment of stalls and memorabilia on offer, good to see all the usual suspects, I just wish I could find the time for a stall.

Did you get much Sut?

Only 3 Grantham programmes Andy

But took the opportunity to pick-up a load of cheap programmes for data checks

I've been saying it for years

Nothing for the bedroom bandits in " a box of" where you can buy 300 programmes for a fiver and then try to stick them up a newbie on here for 60p each

Apart from the 4 or 5 big fairs a year all you get are non collecting collectors and a few old school like me who just like the fellowship and remembering what the hobby "used" to be like where people genuinely helped each other as opposed to pretending to help each other

I got three Grimsby homes from 53/54......one of which I have been after for a while.

Regarding the attendance..... seems to be the norm for a lot of fairs over the last few years.

It has been suggested many a time about holding them on match days... but the reasons both for and against have been covered on numerous occasions.

Thumbs Up to the organisers and stallholders for putting it on.

Quite right Treble, .....can everyone pleasel leave all that to the likes of those fine gentleman Bob Frank and Elvis, who can stick them to everyone for £2.99 each or more. Confused

I would have thought that the ideal sales model for bedroom bandits everywhere.
