Hi,

I have 2 F.A. Superintendent badges one is round & dated 1955 whilst the other is shaped as a shield & is dated 1958.

Could anybody help me with a valuation & who would have worn these type of badges.

They have been in my family for a number of years but have no idea who they would have belonged to.

Two England Football Association (FA) Superintendent enamel badges 1958 & 1959 sold on eBay in November last year for £75.77

They are similar in the style of writing but not in shape. I will take a picture of the badges & put them on here tomorrow.

I always thought they were worn by stewards/superintendents at Wembley during England games/FA Cup Finals.

Certainly there were stewards badges produced for each years cup final - lovely if you build up a collection of them, but expensive!
