God , what a load of crap this paper is, of course i never normally read it , but the mother in law buys it.
i was reading the back page headlines, crisis at the Arsenal, with a photo of empty seats. In fact 46,000 turned up for a nonsense game v a 2nd Division team, which in my opinion is pretty amazing. Manchester City got 25,000 for their game v Birmingham which is 21000 fans less. Any crisis there ???? Thankfully i stopped reading this crap years ago, only just picked up a copy by chance. I often hear about the empty seats at the Stadium of Light. In fact the gates are pretty good compared to most other teams, but the trouble is, you get 35,000 people in a 48,000 venue and it's 13000 empty seats you are looking at...

To be fair Wullie, the amount of times you read reviews of games in the paper you think christ did that reporter watch the same game as me or are they trying to ram their tongue up someone's backside so much that it has resulte din them writing some of the most ludicrous crap i've read.

Where i used to work, i was able to pick up papers from all over the office and whilst waiting for computer updates have a quick look at the sports pages but the reports were absolute rubbish.

It makes you think that some premier league teams/players are able to maniupulate the press in order to maintin their image
