Yep it goes back to this culture where the players believe the sport revolves around them and that they can do whatever they damn well please.


I;m not a twitter person myslef, can't see the fascination oh lets follow a famous person and see what they have to say, which to be honest from what i've heard other people saying is a load of crap anyway, it just seems to be a place for self important pompous tarts to again try and act all superior to everyone else.

If I was fined two weeks wages it would seriously affect my month and a good deal of my year. It annoys the living sh!t out of me that for the likes of Barton it wouldn't make an ounce of difference, much like a 30p fine for the normal working man.

Twitter is the way forward. The only downside imo is the limit to 140 characters.

Some people like Leon Knight for examples are the biggest prats about.. However, it is particularly good to follow journalists. Many football clubs' Press Officers also have Twitter nowadays which is handy as well Smile
