For me personally i'd love to see something wild happen this year and for none of the top six premiership teams fail to make it through to the semi final stage of the FA Cup to help bring the glamour back to the trophy but i very much doubt it will happen so i'll go with:

FA Cup: Liverpool (Not being in Europe might be a good thing for them this season)

Carling Cup: Sunderland (just got a feeling that Brucie will bring some silverware to the Black Cats this year, and the Carling Cup will be their best chance)

GiantKillers: I think my local team Gillingham might upset a few higher league teams in the Cup competitions and I expect that three teams in the Premiership will be knocked out of Cup competitions by a team in league 2 or below.
