One for Chelsea experts

Hi
Any ideas on value of these two single sheets that I have found in my collection?
Chelsea v Cambridge university 1924
At Chelsea Charlton v spurs fl south cup semi 1/4/44

The only Chelsea v Cambridge University programme I have seen come up for sale was at the Scott Cheshire Collection at Graham Budd Auctions back in 2007.
This sold for £350 but the lot also included 2 different copies of Oxford University v Cambridge University from the same season.

As for the Charlton v Spurs programme I would think this would be worth about £50-£60 if in good condition.
