I assume no official programme has been issued for this tournament?
a few 'fan made' printouts from Ukraine that are a nonsense

so, is there a magazine or publication worth buying?

Nothing produced officially, not even a tournament programme.
This is a worrying trend for collectors and wonder if anything will be produced for next years World Cup.
There is a Panini Sticker collection though if that interests you.
