Manchester United v Arsenal Lift Pass ??

I have two of the above tickets but was told they are match tickets. Nothing on there to suggest that just - Authorised access - Lift Pass -

My query isnt about being a match ticket but why would you need a pass to use the lift as opposed to sorry you dont have a lift pass you need to walk up the stairs with the other supporters

My mate suffers with chronic back pain and has one for OT.Fans like him were queuing for ages to use lifts as able bodied supporters were using them.
He has to show his lift pass to a steward before he's allowed in-it got so bad people were missing the start of the game do to the amount of people using the lifts.

They have one in the main stand at Villa Park
