OK, Im in total shock.
I won an e-bay auction on Thursday 22 October@ 17:49
This morning, Tuesday, the guy has issued an unpaid dspute against me.
Now,taking into account that the aucion end time was out of working hours, friday there was a postal strike on, saturday and sunday Im travellling due to footall (And its outside of working hous) this means a dispute was issued after jst one working day.
I have a feedback rating of 951 of which 90 have come in the last month and 807 in the last 6 months.
Ive been a member since Sept 2005 which means in 49 months I have gained an average 19.4 positive ratings per month every month. This obviously does not include those annoying people who never leave feedback or the people of whom I have purchased more than one item from.
I have one negative rating as a seller from someone whom I refunded and sent out the programme anyway (So he got a freebie)
Call me a perfectionist if you wish but im slightly annoyed
PS - excuse any missed keys, my keyboard is playing up _________________ Many Thanks

I'm not surprised that you are annoyed.
The seller should have taken into account the post strike and should have checked your feedback before replying. I too have had unpaid item strikes within two or three days of buying an item but because of short absences have not been able to settle immediately.
You certainly would not get one from me. |

Did he even bother to contact you before issuing the strike? Whether a buyer or a seller, leaving negative feedback or issuing unpaid strikers without at least contacting the other person first is pathetic. |

I will admit this time its not a strike, just a dispute this time around, but, no, on neither occassion was I contacted first.
I will admit its pathetic. I think it sends a sorry message that these people are desperate for the cash.
Anyway, Im happy now, postie has jst delivered 10 programmes from various e-bay sellers. Looks like the back log is clearing _________________ Many Thanks

Tell them to "get tae f**k" as we say up here. Most people udnerstand that there are extenuating circumstances nowadays with the postal dispute, so he's probably Cro Magnon in his outlook and intelligence. Otherwise, name and shame, even on here if nowhere else so others can be wary of him. |

How bizarre. I've just bought some programmes off him today. I paid by paypal straight away and he has left good feedback. |

He sounds like a total plonker, some people dont have any common sense and obviously no communication skills whatsoever.
Try a polite email to the guy. Dont go off on one with him as he is obviously fragile. |

Im going to speak to someone today about it but Isuspect it was a mass produced one.
This match is a special match as it is the first game played at Loakes Park. The previous match (At loakes Park) was a Wycombe Wanderers Vs International XI and featured among others, George Best in the line up.
This match against Nottm Forest was the very first game at Adams Park and I believe it was arranged witht he help of the connections Martin O Neill (The then WWFC manager) would have had through Nottm Forest.
Wth regards to the seller, Ive recieved the prgramme now and feedback has been left to reflect my experience (i.e. positive, since the seller did as promised (i..e sent out a programme as described after payment) but the experience was not 100% pleasant.)
Take care everyone, Im now leaving to see Wycombe get their first win since Waddock took over (I have a horrid feeling Ill eat my words ) _________________ Many Thanks
