Nostalgia!!

Well I've finally taken the plunge and opened a "flickr" site......having visited so many fantastic forum's members own flickr sites I thought I'd have a go at one.....what a fantastic way to show and share your own collection......I also now understand the time and effort that goes into compiling your own site........special thanks to fellow Pompey fan and collector Pete Jenkins (Pompeypete) who provided me with the scans of the Away Championship programmes that I still require!! As many members have stated "work in progress"!! Any Feedback would be appreciated.....

Whilst I was scanning programmes, magazines etc today I also found the following from a 1953 copy of Charles Buchan's Football Monthly........anyone on here recognise any names?



Finally I never get bored looking at the good old football adverts? My how times have changed!!

Great Start-Well Done!

It will now take you over and consume your spare time & will be scanning your balls off now that you have opened the door to your own archive! haha

My only comments are that you MAY consider to start an "Album" for the postcards, cigarette cards, tickets, newspapers, signatures & any other items besides programmes etc etc as well as keeping them in the same seasons as when another person is viewing your site they can see immediately each catergory and hone on too it, i have done this myself and the feedback i have had supports all the time and effort put in making so many different albums these past few years.
