Panini Shoot out 2006/2007

Didnt collect these so dont know much about them.
My mate wants to know where they numbered.
He knows you can still get the off panini at 40p each but doesnt know how to order them.
He is after the Derby ones I belive there were 12.
Any info greatly appreciated.

Steven Bywater is 85 and these usually start with the goalkeeper being the first one, so it should be from there to 96 that is the Derby County ones.
