Hi

Is there going to be a 2012/2013 version of this game?

I'm sorry I just haven't got the time to do it. If someone else wants to run it on a straight forward basis (accumulated points etc.) please go ahead.

Well, it will help if you keep it simple.

The simplest is 3 points correct, 1 point result right.

If I was to start it again I'd give a preference to Geddon's style of scoring - i.e. your best x number of weeks. I'd scrap goalscorer & bonus points - this keeps it relatively straightforward.

Or you might prefer to just go on total points for the whole season. Either way the easier you make it the more attractive it will be.

As far as running a league goes it's really difficult to keep everyone onside. Anyway good luck if you do take it on.

I have noticed that there are a couple of threads about the annual prediction competitions, with geddon and dan otherwise engaged.

I am willing to organize it and combine the two into 1.

12 games each weekend, spanning the leagues inc a couple from scotland.

Games would be against each other from week to week like Geddon's.
3 pts correct score
2 pts right result, margin
1 pt correct result

Obviously would take a couple of weeks to set up and organize the fixtures, Numbers etc etc.

So would plan to start on 1st September
