Torquay United: 1984/85 - Home & Away

I am looking to complete my collection of this particular season.

If anyone can offer the following info, long shot I know, it would be greatly appreciated...

1984/85

* A list of any H or A preseason games and if there were programes issues
* A list of any H or A games that were postponed/aban & whether the new match had new issue or reissued programme
* A list of any H ir A other Torquay 'first team' games ie Testimonial/Herald Cup??/Mid Season Friendlies/Devon Bowl etc and if programme was issued.
*Though I can't see that there would have been: Any Torquay first team games played at a neutral ground that season and if a programme was issues.

Even if you do not have the programme info - please do complete my LIST of games if you know any of the above.

Hi..

Torquay played away to Exeter on 26th April...no idea if there was a programme but you lost 1-0

I have some undated friendlies v Sheffield Weds and United ( 77/8 I think) played at Plainmoor.

If I find any from 84/5 I will let you know.

Yes, in the last few days I have been given a full list of all pre/mid friendlies, behind closed doors etc for the whole season, totally about 15 - how the hell!?

I dont need to post a list of the competitive games but I will post a list of the needs for that seasons non comp, I have already managed to also get a PSF at Gloucester and one at Andover. I will post al ist when i have time, Is there anywhere else on the board I should post my wants?

By the way there was a Torquay Exeter and Plymouth combined match charity game with a prog issues, later in the season in Aid of the Bradford Fire Fund, fuller details are at home - so I will give you date and stuff later. It was played at Home Park. If you ever see it.....!

Looking through some old posts. My records say 29th, not the 26th... Was this a different game?

I got 30/7/77 Sheffield U friendly but it's dated, what are the undated ones?

I got a picture of the other Plymouth game at Plainmoor v Exeter - League Cup 2nd replay.

... of course you know, but for those interested, here is the other Plymouth game played at Plainmoor, the only time 2nd tier football was seen at Torquay.
