Yet another problem with Ebay - listing pics

Hi, I don't usually sell much on Ebay, but have few things to shift on and thought why not try and make the most of the furore surrounding football at the moment and cash in on some spare odds and sods I have hanging around.

So I do the listing, but it won let me add a pic, why is this anyone please?

It doesn't mention anywhere that I cant, or that my listing is ineligible, god knows they make it up as they go along, and I cant seem to find any plausible reason why the photo section just wont allow me to add one

It only allows certain file types (such as jpeg).
Or is it you can't access the picture option at all?

I think there are 2 ways to add a photo - the quick way and the new fancy option.

Not much help, probably, but it's all I can think of (I've never had a problem, other than with file size)

From personal experience problems with listing pictures seem to only occur on free listing weekends when even E-bay's massive servers can't cope.

Now, this is a free listing weekend but you obviously tried to upload pictures before this kicked in (UK time) based on the time of your message.

Although free listing was probably live elsewhere I wouldn't have thought this would affect UK users but I bet it has something to do with it.

The main problems with pictures is apparently going to come next month when resolution has to be much higher than it is now. Every single programme I currenty have scanned and stored on my computer may have to be re-scanned for selling purposes.

I am sure there will be a lot of posts from E-bay sellers on this over the coming weeks.
