A longshot perhaps but did anyone on this board buy the following programme?

If so, is there any chance of a scan? Some of the people behind the club were also behind the rugby club that I supported (they went bust in 2004) and I would be interested in seeing this to compare against the rugby programmes of the era.

Thank you in advance. My email is [email protected].

LOT 267. WAKEFIELD CITY AFC / DONCASTER ROVERS This programme is Wakefield City AFC v Doncaster Rovers, 5/11/1921, Midland League. Wakefield City were formed as a limited company in February 1921 and joined the Midland League with a view to becoming members of the new Division 3 North of the Football League. It was not to be as City only obtained 4 votes, even Castleford Town reached 18 votes but the attempt to introduce football into a rugby area failed dismally. The expense of being in the Midland League proved too much for the club to sustain and in 1922-23 they joined the Yorkshire League and in 1927-28 they folded with only one victory in their last 2 seasons. This exceedingly scarce programme has been extensively repaired as it was previously in a dire state. Now it has been cleaned, treated for mould, had tape removed, set down on long fibre Japanese tissue, pressed dry, humidified and missing areas filled with repair tissue, originally a single sheet issue, it is largely intact as missing areas are relatively small, but as stated it has been attached to a backing ultra-thin tissue (23gsm) to provide some more solid backing. The only season for this long defunct club in the Midland League and against Doncaster Rovers who were themselves a non-League club at the time being elected to the Division 3 North in 1923-24 when two new clubs were added to the Division. As described
