Today @Old Trafford a Statue of Sir Alex Ferguson was unveiled ,adding to the other statues of Sir Matt Busby ,Denis Law,Bobby Charlton ,and George Best outside the ground.I know of Billy Bremners statue at Leeds, and I think in Nottingham,Brian Clough is remembered!I am sure there would be many others outside grounds throughout the Country! Any more to add to the list? Smile

Pride Park has a statue of Brian Clough & Peter Taylor holding the 1st Division championship trophy.
There's also a bust of Steve Bloomer with a nicely worded plaque underneath it.

All very well - but it still doesn't feel like home.

That's the Baseball Ground. Always will be to some of us....

Middlesbrough have a couple outside the Riverside of George Hardwick & Wilf Mannion. Middlesbrough also has one of Brian Clough in a public park.

This link is interesting but I'm sure there may be more.

Sir Tom Finney's 'Splash' statue at Deepdale and Billy Wright's statue at Molineux are two more for the list that spring to mind

If you look very carefully you can just see Howard Webb in Sir Alex's pocket

Excellent statue of The Doog Phil

Isn't there one of, is it, Jimmy Johnstone outside Parkhead?

Or Billy McNeil? Or both?

The Albion have the Three Degrees (Regis Batson Cunningham) unveiled in 2014 but thats going to be in the town centre.
Also Duncan Edwards is in the centre of Dudley.

The best statues I have seen were at Melbourne Cricket ground..
