WANTS - TO COMPLETE A SET

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone help me complete my set of really, really, really old programmes:

I need the following:

Darwen v New Brighton 1887-88 with token intact

Glossop North End v Newton Heath 1888-89 autographed by Newton Heath team

1911 F A Cup Final Bradford City v Newcastle plus Song Sheet and Ticket

1923 FA Cup Final Bolton v West Ham Utd - autographed by the policeman on the White Horse

1953/54 Bristol Rovers v Derby County with punch-holes

Rusty staples acceptable but no creases, folds, team changes, discolouration, foxing etc.

If you have any of the following please ask sensible prices.

Just checked through my programmes and i'm sorry but the Darwen v New Brighton programme has a coffee stain on it, i'll change it for a tea stain if you'd prefer.

I also have the token from the Darwen programme but sadly no programme, sorry.

In addition I do have a punch-hole from the 53/4 Bristol Rovers v Derby (again sadly no programme though) but can't seem to find it at the moment, I'll let you know if it turns up.

Thanks for your responses, however, why do I have this feeling that you are not taking my "Wants" request seriously?

I will have you know that I am a leading player in the "Want Something for Nothing Brigade" and as such deserve, no demand, your utmost respect.

You may have noticed that quite a few members of the aforementioned "Brigade" post their "Wants" on this forum.

Finally, in response to some of your replies:

Dear All,

I must say how disappointed I am with this Forum. I have received no help whatsoever with my Wants list.

And there was me thinking that the Forum was all about helping fellow collectors

When I "win the lottery" by discovering that box of pre 1st World War programmes I will not be advertising them on this Forum
