Red refers to Red collector who was a previous member who was banned. He has been back numerous times since and dangerman is his latest alias i think

Aye, that one annoyed me after the time I spent looking them out for him.

That said, I bought some programmes off him with no problems at all.

I've dealt with him as well under the red collector guise and had no problems with him.

With regards to his posts, he just seems very eratic and just buys/sells programmes without really knowing what he is doing, it's as if he has a cleptomania problem and just goes out and buys bundles/quantities of programmes, with no idea of if he is paying too much or if he is getting a bargain.

I think he is bying up the "Job Lots" in the hope of finding that elusive jem , that he can sell on for big bucks hence his Ebay coment , what the chances of this hapening i dont know has its not my scene.
But think going down this road it could be very expencive.

Re Dangerman.

I tend not to look at all of his posts as I find them a little repetitive.
I think its fair enough for him to ask on the forum for help/assisatnce.
We all needed guidance from experiened collectors when we satarted out in this hobby, but this realtivly new/young collectors somewhat 'direct' approach to questioning/responding does not do him any favours.

I could answer/fulfill most of his many AUFC related requests/queries but having tried to do him a good turn/ give him a little advice ( whilst he was under one of his previous incarnations on this board ) and not getting anywhere, I really cant be bothered any more.

Boycotting or banning ( as in the past) seems a little extreme, just ignore his requests/comments and he might get the message.

Chris is/was a dealer and Derby collector. He was very well known 20+ years ago. I've never met him but did deal with him without any issues back then.

He got blacklisted over some deals subsequently. I don't know the details but seems like a lot of people were let down.

I don't think he has ever been on this forum.

I know this is going off on a tangent but this Kendall geezer, if memory serves me well, was a dealer and used to advertise in the Exchange and Mart about 20 or more years ago, and I think is still on the blacklist from Programme Monthly. Regarding our Dangerman, I think banning him is a bit harsh: no one has to reply to anyone's postings. If he he slagging members off and using expletives well that is a different story! Harry for England!!

..gotta agree about Dangerman being pure comedy gold..No point banning him as he is obviously determined to be a member of this forum..after all how many aliases has he had?..4 at least!..and he kinda comes across as a bit of a simple lad so I'm firmly in the Dangerman must stay group! Bow
