What team is this?

I have a football badge with the letters Dhenp it's Red & Chelsea Blue any idea on the name of the club. It's prob Croatian and it came with a HNS badge (Croatian Football Federation) and Russia v Scotland badge.

I am pretty sure the first one is FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk from Ukraine.
If you click on to the UEFA website and check through the club competitions and look for the clubs involved it comes up with a representation of the club badge. You may be able to find them from there.

Second: Dnepr Smolensk (Russia)

Third Dnepr Mogilev, Belarus

The last one is also Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, but from the Soviet era, where the clubs name in Russian was Dniper
