Dont supose anyone apart from the fans who normally buy and collect gives a monkeys. Sadly I fear that once clubs stop making them for the odd game, they are likely to give it up completely as an un-necessary expense. |

no doubt an "official" teamsheet will turn up on ebay any day soon. I can print you the details already.
" very rare teamsheet given to staff and officials only. A mate of a mate managed to beg one or two whilst the rest were used for toilet paper. I know of no other fan who obtained this rare teamsheet "

The club can be fined if a progamme isn't produced, apparently. |

I cant see the point off a fine , when the problem was they couldn't afford to pay the printers in the first place. |

Am I not right in thinking that it's mandatory to produce a programme for a League game, right down to about level 7 of the Pyramid structure?
A programme, of course, doesn't have to be an all singing all dancing glossy affair. A single sheet with nothing bar team line ups would satisfy the requirement of the Football League.
Regardless of whether or not the club could afford to pay printers, it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to knock off a few hundred teamsheets on the photocopier. Paying customers should always be treated with respect, and keeping those who wish to be informed of who's who on the pitch is surely a small price to pay. |

Since last night, two blokes have worked tirelessly to produce something. It really is an amazing effort due to the efforts they have gone through. |

I believe the fans are are producing a programme, which is very commendable given the short notice.A word of warning though, Northampton did this in the early nineties under similar circumstances for a match against Burnley. The programme was obviously a simple affair-folded sheet etc. Unfortunately, unscrupulous people have copied and sold as original and many copies on the market today were printed long after the match. The print run will undoubtedly be low and sunsequently the programme likely to sell out.It might be prudent to mark the original copies somehow in order to avoid possible future duplication. |

450 programmes are being printed - Which is more than normal, apparently.
The programmes are just voluntary contributions today for the Dale Roberts Memorial Fund. |

During Fisher Athletic's dark period the AFC Wimbledon fans produced a programme for their Boxing Day fixture under similar circumstances, only to be greeted by a turnstile operator wearing an Franchise scarf!
This season the Conference allowed clubs to produce mini-programmes or team-sheets for the Christmas / New Year games due to the prospect of postponements. This required special permission as the League have commercial contracts with sponsors, etc., as do many clubs, I expect. _________________ Newest programme wanted:

The programme has just turned up on ebay. From looking at the cover...looks to be a decent effort.Well done to all concerned in its production., |
