Is he intact..no bits cut out? Should be folded in half for real effect, and written on.

I know where you are coming from and it appears to be
a common occurrence among Royal Mail staff, to have little

On the other side of the coin, I get just as frustrated when
a programme(s) arrives which is sealed tighter than a pack
of 'Charlie' on its way to Blighty from MedellĂn.

That's it. Blame the poor postman again. Some people do not have the intelligence to stick a piece of cardboard in an envelope, but that's ok because we can blame the postman. Incorrect postage? no problem, blame the post office for wanting the correct amount. The bloody cheek.

Hello.....I was talking board-backed envelopes here,
which have the pre-printed legend on the face...
Please do not bend, Bitte nicht biegen/ne pas plier.
Another EU directive from the 'big two'?
As you appear to be a part of said industry and talking of
wanting the correct postage, can you explain as to why
half of my non-letter post now arrives unfranked?
Don't get me wrong, I am not knocking it as I recycle
everything, but it must cost the Royal Mail a fortune
if it is happening all over the country and it bit of
technological know how might have prevented the
forthcoming 5p a letter rise.
And as for wearing shorts in the snow.. it's just wrong.

I went to a Boxing Day game in shorts once - it was
convenience rather than design - and was looked upon
as if I had just flown over the cuckoo's nest.
