When i sell items on ebay, i delete them after i have been paid and have left feedback. Now i have returned to me a programme that was recorded, the guy didn't call for it and i haven't got a clue what to do know, as he never got in touch. I want to keep the thing packaged as it's evidence i sent it.. Should i wait until he gets in touch or re post it normal mail inside a new envelope? I'm surprised hasn't emailed me ranting about his missing programme. I can't email him as i have deleted the sale.

If you click on your feedback rating number it brings up the screen showing feedback people have left you, there is a tab on there saying feedback left for others, click on this one you can then see the feedback you have left for other people, find the item and you can click on it to bring up the details of the person who won it..

Can't do that i sold it as private. I forgot to untick the box. I'll think i'll just wait untill he gets in touch. Hope he doesn't leave negative feedback first. Well i couldn't care less really Very Happy

Type what programme it was in to completed listings, it should bring it up if it was sold less than 3/4 weeks ago, if you cant find it there sign in to paypal and go to the transaction, there should be a link to the ebay item on there.

Thanks. Found him via paypal. I listed the programme to be sent recorded delivery, so no excuse from him really. I could be out of pocket if i send it again and it's returned once more. I've emailed him now so it's up to him...

Try clicking on your ebay feedback score in your ''my ebay summary'' then search your ''view items for sale'' and then click completed listings, this will bring up all your recently sold items, you should be able to search through them individually and find the right one with his address listed.
