trouble with auctions

for the last few football sport auction i have had things go wrong the first time i did not recive one of my items then it was money problems now sending me the wrong invoice has anything like this ever happened to u

They are very organised at Football sports auctions, yes once I phone bidded and they missed an item off they invoiced someone else for the programme I had won.

The first time I went they had missed off two lots which I had won.

Last week mine was not a problem, but a person in front of me at the checkout was given wrong items.

i don't normally have a problem but this monday i was bidding online and twice it said i was the winning bidder and when they put the hammer down you heard the auctioneer say sold to the room and it still had me down as the leading bidding on my computer.but i got the three lots i was really after so really it save me some money.
