The response has been posted at a cost of £4.70, but you probably won't get it until 12 days after.

Slightly off-topic, but my recent ebay complaint if you fancy a little read:

Had the lovely delight of speaking with ebay last week regarding a lost GSP parcel (my first one). What a fooking farce that was. Once it become obvious it was lost I got them to call me to explain the situation than my Italian buyer is probably going to raise an item not received and I can't/shouldn't need to do anything as it was received by the ebay GSP hub at Lichfield, but I preempted the farce of a service, as3 days after the claim was raised, my funds were put on hold and a refund automatically given to the buyer.

Had a feeling it would happen, despite the fact I had proof of delivery to the hub, why was my appeal rejected, well get this, because it was an Italian customer the Ebay Italy has someone to look at the case because 50% of the messages were in Italian. They argued as the parcel didn't reach Italy then I should foot the bill and refund the customer.

WRONG. I then waste 2 hours of my life explaining to 3 different Indian call centre operators who had no power whatsoever to overturn a closed case so I went full on 'Karen' and demanded to speak to their manager. It worked as the head of customer services Ireland called me the following day to apologise for ebays fook-up, all this for £10 !!

Compensation for the time wasted when the Customer Services manager could see in the space of 2 minutes that it wasn't my fault the GSP lost a parcel a grand total of £0.00 That is why they make money, because even after a balls up, they make no attempt to compensate a seller for the hassle of proving they made a mistake.
