Millwall FC are promoting as
"Supporters who were unable to purchase a John Berylson Tribute Book last Saturday can now do so at The Den or online.
The 116-page memorial, detailing the life of the late Chairman and containing tributes from those who knew him best, can be bought for £5, with all profits going to the John Berylson Legacy Fund.

For those nearby, Tribute Books are available at The Den's Ticket Office, which is open from 9.30am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 9.30am-4pm on Fridays.

No reference to the Bristol City game, only on the Curtis website do they mention the game.

Just to confirm:
The above mentioned issue is NOT a programme for the match it is purely a tribute to John Berylson who died recently. All monies are going to a very worthwhile cause if you wish to support it.............

The normal programme, which is designed and printed by fans, was available. There are quite a few on Ebay at the moment.

I hope that this clarifies matters.
