how do I put a scanned programme on this site?
can anyone help please.

Assuming you have already scanned in the programme, you can upload the picture using tinypic.com, and it will then give you a link to copy and paste into a message.

I'm not sure that's what Hydemaine means. You can do that using other similar picture storage ie photobucket.

But there some members who can actually get scans to show direct into threads without having to go off to look at a link.

I wanted to scan a programme in, but Senior82 ended up doing for me and I'm still none the wiser as to how to do it?

Ah, I understand now. You need to use the 'Img' tags which at the top of the box when you reply to a message, near to the tags for putting stuff in bold, underline, italic etc.

click 'Img' once, then paste in the link to the picture, and then click 'Img' again.

For example:

[img] http://www.footballzone.co.uk/images/i-14000/14149.jpg [/img]

If you take out the spaces, then you get this:

well I just tried that with an image I uploaded onto tiny pics and it didn't come up? I just dont get it sorry for being thick!

When you upload a picture to tinypic, it gives you a link to put into a message. The description is 'IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards'. If you copy and paste that link into a message, it should work.

I've just checked your link, and it should be http://i45.tinypic.com/s157kk.jpg, not www.//i45.tinypic.com/s157kk.jpg.

The forum must resize the picture, as it's a bit small.

By clicking on the link direct you get a much bigger and clearer picture:

I use imageshack

You just select the picture that it stored on your computer, then it gives you links on how to add the picture to a forum.
