As the website is letting me start threads at the moment, thought I'd quickly get this one started for the new season! Please share all info and photos etc

Wycombe Wanderers - no match badges this season, because Terry who does them will be at AFC Wimbledon home games, and all the home games of the two clubs clash exactly...

Went to Liverpool-Palace last night.
Sadly, as it was a Monday night game and I didn't leave work until 1.30pm (and the state of the motorways in this country), I didn't get to the ground until 7.15pm

So I didn't have my usual 3 hours to check every badge stall around the ground, get my usual chips and gravy etc.

That said, first stall I went to had this one, and I suspect it would have been the same badge at all but one stall, so a couple of hours save perhaps!

Anyway, great game, still got a programme, badge and pie, so all in all a good night out (tired now though!)

Will keep an eye on ebay just in case there was anything else made.

Newcastle corporate badge design for 22/23

Arsenal are back to issuing their hospitality match badges, with the magnetic fitting to the rear (shocking picture I know)

Leeds 22/23 (typical style - player movements change each badge)

Does anyone know if Newcastle usually make their 'corporate' badges for home cup games? Not noticed them before.

Newcastle produce corporate badges for those in the suites. they have been making them from at least 1999-2000 as I got one when Bradford City were in the Premier League.

Just wondered if they did them for cup games, as Palace have got them in the League cup in Nov

Still a month to go before those cup games are played, insane gap between the rounds! Kills any excitement of 'cup run fever'!

Leicester

Was £5 from the only scarf and badge stall by the ground. Lovely guy who runs it, had a good chat. Says he only gets 30 made for each game but he usually sells them all (plus the obligatory scarves). Says people are willing to pay that for enamel rather than plastic insert badges. I agree, it's not like all that many teams have someone doing them any more.

Says the value of the pound to the dollar really makes them dear to order, costs him 3 quid per badge with all the costs of getting them done.

His Leicester European match ones from last season looked really nice by the way

Yes mate, hope he does something nice for you (there's only the one stall and it's very close to the away turnstiles so you can't miss it)

Onwards...

WOLVES
