Morning all,

One week after purchasing items and still no postage quote, even though lots have been paid for.

Not as efficient as Sporting Gold!

I got my postage quote yesterday having requested it on Saturday.

Obviously they have a lot to work through.

£30 charge for 50 programmes!

Think that’s the last time I use them.

Just by way of clarification for the post-my original comment about the cost was based upon an error on my part that programmes purchased at auction totalled 50, whereas it was over 100. Apologies to Mullocks for that error.

They have been decent enough to fully explain how the packing and postage costs were arrived at, and I do not now consider them to be unreasonable given the time, effort and charges involved in processing my auction purchases.

Happy to continue using Mullocks in the future as a very reputable auction house.
