I have the programme and ticket in my collection and do not believe there is another version of the 1991 Replay ticket with details on it. I have only ever seen the Special Match generic issue.

Another member has posted pics of the 1991 3rd Replay and also the 1993 Replay but not the 1991 Replay

I had overlooked the replay was from 1993!!

To confirm, I have the 3rd replay only from 1991.
